The Operations Manager (OM) will be responsible for developing and adapting processes and procedures at Masa's office in the South Bronx to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate gets excited about creating new systems and is adept at planning and prioritizing, communicating, anticipating challenges, and stewarding resources. The OM will actively participate in creating and sustaining a positive work environment and team culture, support the staff recruiting and hiring process, and assist with a variety of projects to increase Masa’s impact. As the office administrator, the OM will supervise a part-time maintenance worker, liaise with a range of vendors, and manage relationships with the staff, volunteers, and community members who navigate our shared spaces. The Operations Manager will report to the Executive Director and will work with them to advance strategic initiatives and improve organizational health.

Masa is seeking an Early Learning Specialist to implement the ParentChild+ home visiting model with families and children. Early Learning Specialists serve as a mentor/educator, working with parents/guardians of children aged sixteen months through four years old to promote each child's growth and development.

The Early Childhood Education Program Coordinator will play a leadership role in planning and implementing Masa’s early childhood programming serving children ages 16 months to 4 years. The primary component of this programming is the ParentChild+ home visiting model which works with parents and guardians of young children in their homes to promote each child’s growth and development by planning and implementing developmentally appropriate experiences focused on learning through play. The Early Childhood Education Program Coordinator supervises 2-4 Early Learning Specialists.

Masa’s PT Bookkeeper works closely with the Executive Director, Accounting Consultant, and Finance Associate to ensure Masa’s finances are accurate, organized, and up-to-date. They perform the day-to-day bookkeeping, receipt management, and fiscal reporting as required. This is an ideal position for a detail-oriented person with prior bookkeeping experience who is interested in collaborating with a mission-driven organization dedicated to supporting immigrant youth and families. The ideal schedule is 20-24 hours/week.
