Masa is seeking an Early Learning Specialist to implement the ParentChild+ home visiting model with families and children. Early Learning Specialists serve as a mentor/educator, working with parents/guardians of children aged sixteen months through four years old to promote each child's growth and development.

The Early Childhood Education Program Coordinator (FT, Exempt) will play a leadership role in planning and implementing Masa’s early childhood programming serving children ages 14 months to 4 years. The primary components of this programming are the ParentChild+ home visiting model which works with parents and caretakers of young children in their homes, as well as a PreK playgroup, to promote each child’s growth with a focus on learning through play. The Early Childhood Education Program Coordinator supervises 2-4 Early Learning Specialists.

Masa is seeking a highly qualified, dynamic, and experienced K–5 literacy expert to serve as a Literacy Specialist. This role involves conducting onsite literacy assessments, developing tailored, differentiated lesson plans; and training staff, interns and volunteer tutors to effectively implement the curriculum, as well as to develop and implement push-in Literacy support strategies, to engage students enrolled in Masa’s summer and year-round academic support programs. This is a part-time, temporary role, requiring 20-30 hours per week, including the hours of 2:30-7:30 pm Monday-Thursday. The role is fully in-person and is expected to run through March 31, 2026, with the possibility of an extension.
