Early Childhood Education Program Coordinator (bilingual English/Spanish)

The Early Childhood Education Program Coordinator (FT, Exempt) will play a leadership role in planning and implementing Masa’s early childhood programming serving children ages 14 months to 4 years. The primary components of this programming are the ParentChild+ home visiting model which works with parents and caretakers of young children in their homes, as well as a PreK playgroup, to promote each child’s growth with a focus on learning through play. The Early Childhood Education Program Coordinator supervises 2-4 Early Learning Specialists.

The Bilingual (English/Spanish) Immigration Program Specialist reports to the Programs Manager and will provide administrative and programmatic support to Masa’s Pro Se Plus Project & the Welcome New York initiative. This role will focus on conducting program outreach, providing limited individual case management and referrals, including immigration and social services referrals, conducting immigration legal screenings, coordinating and providing Pro Se application assistance with the support of immigration attorneys, and providing community education and Know Your Rights Presentations.

Language Justice Program Manager

Masa is seeking a proactive, organized, and equity-driven Program Manager to lead Masa’s Language Justice Program. This is a full-time (40 hrs/week), in-person role that is planned to run through June 30, 2027 with the possibility of extension contingent on funding. This role bridges daily program implementation with strategic oversight, supporting both staff and interpreters, and upholding protocols for communication and accountability. More specifically, this role will oversee the implementation of the core components of this program: the interpreter training program, the development of a language worker cooperative, and the Community Interpreter Program.

Literacy Tutor (PT, Temporary)

The Literacy Tutor (PT, Temporary) will provide targeted reading intervention and literacy support to students in grades K-5 both in Masa’s Fall Literacy Program and Afterschool program. This is an ideal position for someone who is passionate about literacy, enjoys working with children, and is patient, encouraging, and committed to helping young learners build confidence. This position is part time (10-12 hours a week) with availability required Monday-Thursday between the hours of 2 pm and 7 pm. We anticipate that this position will run through March 31, 2027, with a possible extension until June 15, 2027.
