The Receptionist/Office Assistant (PT, 32 hrs/week) serves as the first point of contact for all visitors to Masa’s office, and helps maintain a secure and welcoming environment. The Receptionist/Office Assistant answers the door, greets visitors, directs them to staff or meeting rooms, takes messages, manages mail and deliveries, and at times may refer community members to additional services or providers. The Receptionist/Office Assistant also provides general office and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Masa is seeking an Early Learning Specialist to implement the ParentChild+ home visiting model with families and children. Early Learning Specialists serve as a mentor/educator, working with parents/guardians of children aged sixteen months through four years old to promote each child's growth and development.
Masa is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Family Peer Advocate (FPA) to collaborate with families to assess their needs and link them to appropriate resources in their community. The FPA will be a parent/caregiver of a child who has experienced social, emotional, developmental, substance use, and/or behavioral challenges and has ‘lived experience’ navigating multiple child serving systems on behalf of their child(ren) with social, emotional, developmental, health and/or behavioral healthcare needs.
