The Bilingual (English/Spanish) Immigration Program Specialist reports to the Programs Manager and will provide administrative and programmatic support to Masa’s Pro Se Plus Project & the Welcome New York initiative. This role will focus on conducting program outreach, providing limited individual case management and referrals, including immigration and social services referrals, conducting immigration legal screenings, coordinating and providing Pro Se application assistance with the support of immigration attorneys, and providing community education and Know Your Rights Presentations.

The Bilingual Program Associate reports to the Programs Manager and will provide immigration case management services through in-person support, immigration and social services referrals, and rapid response services to Masa community members. In addition, the Program Associate will conduct immigration legal screenings, coordinating and providing Pro Se application assistance with the support of immigration attorneys The Program Associate will provide community education and Know Your Rights presentations in various settings.

The Case Manager reports to the Programs Manager and will provide case management services through in-person support, immigration and social services referrals, and rapid response services to Masa community members. In addition, the Case Manager will provide community education and Know Your Rights presentations in various community settings.

Masa is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Early Learning Specialist to implement the ParentChild+ home visiting model with families and children. Early Learning Specialists serve as a mentor/educator, working with parents/guardians of children aged sixteen months through four years old to promote each child's growth and development.

The Early Childhood Education Program Coordinator (FT, Exempt) will play a leadership role in planning and implementing Masa’s early childhood programming serving children ages 14 months to 4 years. The primary components of this programming are the ParentChild+ home visiting model which works with parents and caretakers of young children in their homes, as well as a PreK playgroup, to promote each child’s growth with a focus on learning through play. The Early Childhood Education Program Coordinator supervises 2-4 Early Learning Specialists.

The Literacy Tutor (PT, Temporary) will provide targeted reading intervention and literacy support to students in grades K-5 both in Masa’s Fall Literacy Program and Afterschool program. This is an ideal position for someone who is passionate about literacy, enjoys working with children, and is patient, encouraging, and committed to helping young learners build confidence. This position is part time (10-12 hours a week) with availability required Monday-Thursday between the hours of 2 pm and 7 pm. We anticipate that this position will run through March 31, 2027, with a possible extension until June 15, 2027.

Masa is seeking a highly qualified, dynamic, and experienced K–5 literacy expert to serve as a Literacy Specialist. This role involves conducting onsite literacy assessments, developing tailored, differentiated lesson plans; and training staff, interns and volunteer tutors to effectively implement the curriculum, as well as to develop and implement push-in Literacy support strategies, to engage students enrolled in Masa’s summer and year-round academic support programs. This is a part-time, temporary role, requiring 20-30 hours per week, including the hours of 2:30/ 3 pm -7:30 pm Monday-Thursday. The role is fully in-person and is expected to run through March 31, 2026, with the possibility of an extension.
